Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: December 15, 2025

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from glockretailers.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. Due to the sale of federally regulated items, our policy is strict regarding firearms and ammunition.

1. Non-Firearm Products (Accessories, Parts, Gear)

A. Eligibility for Returns

B. Return Process for Accessories

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at sales@glockretailers.com or call us at +1 (479) 437-7189 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

  2. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item, insured, to:

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

C. Restocking Fee for Accessories

  • All non-defective returns that are approved are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing, inspection, and administrative costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

2. Firearms and FFL Transfer Policy (Strictly Final Sale)

Due to legal and regulatory compliance requirements, the return policy for firearms is extremely strict.

A. Final Sale Upon Acceptance

All sales of firearms are considered FINAL upon the customer completing and signing the ATF Form 4473 and taking possession of the firearm from the FFL dealer.

B. Inspection Requirement (CRITICAL)

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to THOROUGHLY INSPECT the firearm at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer paperwork.

  • If the firearm is damaged, defective, or incorrect, DO NOT accept the transfer.

  • The FFL dealer must contact Glock Retailers immediately to arrange a return. We will process a replacement or full refund upon return shipment (no restocking fee for damaged/incorrect items not accepted).

C. Post-Transfer Issues

Once the transfer is complete (Form 4473 is signed), the firearm is legally considered used. It cannot be returned to Glock Retailers for any reason. All claims regarding functionality, defects, or warranty must be directed to the original manufacturer (see our Warranty Policy).

D. Failed Transfers

If a firearm cannot be legally transferred to you due to a failed background check (NICS Denial) or due to non-compliance with local laws:

  1. The FFL dealer must return the firearm to us.

  2. You will be issued a refund for the purchase price MINUS a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs (original and return shipping).

3. Ammunition Policy

For safety and liability reasons, all sales of ammunition are final and non-returnable.

  • If ammunition is damaged in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding insured packages and immediately contact us to file a claim with the carrier.

  • If you encounter a performance issue (defective round), you must contact the ammunition manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

4. Cancelled Orders

A. Customer Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  • Orders for accessories, parts, or ammunition may be canceled prior to shipment subject to a 10% administrative fee on the total order amount.

  • Firearm orders, once the FFL has been processed and verified, are subject to the 20% restocking fee even if not yet shipped, due to specialized compliance procedures.

B. Order Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment (excluding damaged firearms rejected at the FFL), the order will be treated as a return and subject to the applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.
