Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Welcome to glockretailers.com (the “Site”), operated by Glock Retailers (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and all purchases of products, including firearms, ammunition, and accessories, from us.

By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all federal, state, and local laws, and all policies incorporated herein (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products from us.

1. Legal Eligibility and Compliance (Buyer’s Responsibility)

1.1 Mandatory Age and Legal Requirements

You represent and warrant that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age to purchase rifle and shotgun ammunition or accessories.

  • At least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, receivers, frames, suppressors, or certain other federally defined firearms.

  • Legally allowed to possess and purchase all items ordered under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Not a Prohibited Person as defined by the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) and other relevant statutes.

1.2 Compliance with All Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of any product purchased from glockretailers.com.

  • You must be aware of state and local laws regarding magazine capacity limits, specific firearm models, and ammunition type restrictions.

  • Placing an order with us constitutes your agreement that you are legally compliant with all applicable laws.

1.3 State-Specific Restrictions

We adhere strictly to state and local laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the item is legal in their state. If a product is deemed illegal in your jurisdiction after shipment, any return or refund will be subject to our Cancellation/Restocking Fee (Section 4.3).

2. Firearm Orders and FFL Transfer Policy

2.1 FFL Requirement

All firearms purchased on the Site must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer selected by you.

2.2 Buyer Responsibilities for FFL Transfer

  1. Select a Dealer: You must select or provide the information for an FFL dealer in your area who will handle the transfer.

  2. Provide FFL Details: You must ensure we receive a copy of the dealer’s valid FFL certificate. This is often handled by the dealer, but it is your responsibility to confirm the FFL holder is willing to accept the transfer.

  3. Complete Paperwork: At the FFL dealer’s location, you must complete the required paperwork (eg, ATF Form 4473) and pass the mandatory background check (NICS).

2.3 Failed Transfers (Denial of Sale)

If you fail the background check or are otherwise unable to legally take possession of the firearm from the FFL dealer:

  • The firearm will be returned to Glock Retailers.

  • You will be refunded the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and all actual shipping costs (both ways) .

  • Any transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer are non-refundable and are your sole responsibility.

By purchasing a firearm, you acknowledge and agree to this Failed Transfer policy.

3. Order Acceptance, Cancellation, and Pricing

3.1 Order Confirmation

Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline it for any reason.

3.2 Pricing and Errors

All prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

3.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: Orders for accessories, parts, or ammunition may be canceled prior to shipment subject to a 10% administrative fee .

  • Firearm Orders: Once an FFL has been processed and confirmed, firearm orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee , even if the item has not yet shipped. This covers the administrative and compliance costs associated with the order.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the Return Policy (Section 6).


4. Payment, Taxes, and Fees

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment must be received by Glock Retailers prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that payment method.

4.2 Sales Tax

Glock Retailers are required to collect and remit sales tax based on the laws of the state to which the product is being shipped. All applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

4.3 FFL and Transfer Fees

You are responsible for any fees charged by your chosen FFL dealer for the background check and firearm transfer services. Glock Retailers does not collect these fees, nor are we responsible for their amount.


5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

5.1 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible. However, any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

5.2 Title and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). This means you are responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

5.3 Inspection Upon Delivery (Firearms)

DO NOT accept transfer of a firearm from the FFL dealer if you find any damage or defects. You must thoroughly inspect all firearms before completing the ATF Form 4473. Once you complete the Form 4473 and accept the transfer, the firearm is considered used and cannot be returned to Glock Retailers. Any issues after acceptance must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Disclaimer

6.1 General Returns (Accessories, Parts, Ammo)

Returns for non-firearm products are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original, factory-sealed condition.

  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee .

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

6.2 Returns on Firearms and Ammunition

  • Firearms: Due to legal and compliance issues, all sales of firearms are final upon acceptance of the transfer (completion of Form 4473). See Section 5.3.

  • Ammunition: For safety reasons, all sales of ammunition are final and non-returnable.

6.3 Warranty Disclaimer

Glock Retailers does not provide any warranty on firearms or accessories. All warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer.

  • ALL PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE ARE SOLD “AS IS” and Glock Retailers expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • For defective items, you must contact the original manufacturer for repair or replacement under their warranty policy.

7. Website Use, Account, and Intellectual Property

7.1 License and Site Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents.

7.2 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

 

7.3 Intellectual Property

All talesnt on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Glock Retailers or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

 

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Glock Retailers will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or from any products purchased, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Compensation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glock Retailers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site uSign your account.

 

9. Governing Law and DispResolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site or to any products or services sold or distributed by Glock Retailers will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
