Warranty Information & Manufacturer Support
Effective Date: December 15, 2025
At Glock Retailers , we pride ourselves on offering only factory-new, high-quality products. It is important for our customers to understand the distinction between our role as a retailer and the role of the product manufacturer regarding warranties.
1. Our Warranty Policy (Retailer Disclaimer)
GLOCK RETAILERS (glockretailers.com) DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE.
All products, including firearms, accessories, and parts, are sold “AS IS.”
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Once the firearm transfer is accepted (Form 4473 is signed), any defects, malfunctions, or issues that arise must be addressed through the original manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Manufacturer’s Warranty
A. How Warranties Are Handled
All new firearms, parts, and most accessories are covered exclusively by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty. Glock Retailers acts only as a seller of these products.
The manufacturer is solely responsible for:
Evaluating warranty claims.
Repairing, replacing, or servicing the product.
Determining the length and terms of their specific warranty (eg, limited lifetime, one-year, etc.).
B. Warranty Information for GLOCK Products
For all firearms manufactured by GLOCK , the warranty is provided directly by Glock, Inc.
Glock, Inc. Warranty: Glock pistols are covered by a specific warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim for a Glock pistol or part, you must contact the manufacturer directly. Do not ship the product to Glock Retailers.
| Manufacturer | Contact for Warranty Service |
| GLOCK, Inc. | Please visit the official GLOCK website for their most current Customer Service and Warranty Return instructions. |
| Other Manufacturers | If you purchased an accessory or part from another brand (eg, Magpul, Trijicon, Streamlight), please refer to that manufacturer’s specific website for their warranty policy and contact information. |
3. Dealing with Defective or Damaged Products
A. Firearm Inspection (Before Transfer)
As detailed in our Terms and Conditions:
DO NOT accept transfer of any firearm from your FFL dealer if you suspect or find any defect, damage, or discrepancy.
If you note an issue, notify your FFL dealer immediately and have them contact us. We will arrange for the return and repair or replacement.
Once the ATF Form 4473 is signed and the firearm is in your legal possession, it is non-returnable to Glock Retailers, and all warranty issues fall to the manufacturer.
B. Accessories/Parts/Ammunition
Defective on Arrival (DOA): If an accessory or part is DOA, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with either an exchange or providing the necessary manufacturer contact information for the fastest resolution.
Ammunition: Due to safety regulations, all ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned to Glock Retailers. Defective ammunition claims must be made directly with the ammunition manufacturer.
4. Contact Us for Assistance
While we cannot service the warranty, our customer service team can assist you by providing the correct contact information for the manufacturer of your product.
