Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through glockretailers.com and outlines the terms for order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and important legal restrictions related to firearms and ammunition.
1. General Order Processing
A. Processing Time
In-Stock Accessories & Parts: Orders for non-regulated items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Firearm Orders: Firearm orders require additional processing time for FFL verification and compliance checks. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we have received and verified the receiving FFL’s license.
B. Shipping Notification
You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
C. Shipping Hours
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
A. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use FedEx , UPS , and USPS for shipping. The carrier used depends on the item being shipped and the destination.
B. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, destination, and product classification (ie, regulated vs. non-regulated).
Standard Shipping: The most economical option, typically delivering in 5-7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge; delivery times vary by destination.
C. Free Shipping Promotions
Any free shipping promotions are applicable only to the contiguous 48 United States and exclude firearms, ammunition, and other hazardous materials unless explicitly stated.
3. Product-Specific Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we must adhere to specific rules when shipping different product types.
A. Firearm Shipping (FFL Required)

| Shipping Address | MUST be shipped to a verified Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder. We cannot ship a firearm directly to your home or PO Box. |
| Verification | Shipments are held until we receive and verify a signed copy of the receiving FFL’s license. |
| Identification | The name and address on the order must match the legally compliant individual receiving the firearm at the FFL dealer. |
B. Ammunition Shipping
| Detail | Requirement |
| Shipping Carrier | Must be shipped via ground service (eg, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground). Ammunition cannot be shipped via air service. |
| Age Verification | You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years of age or older to purchase rifle/shotgun ammunition. |
| Delivery Signature | Ammunition shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery. |
C. Accessory and Parts Shipping
Non-Restricted: Parts, optics, apparel, and most accessories are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
NFA Items: Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items follow special transfer rules and require shipment to a licensed FFL/SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) dealer.
4. State and Local Shipping Restrictions (Buyer Responsibility)
The customer is 100% responsible for knowing the laws in their state, county, and city prior to placing an order.
Glock Retailers will not knowingly ship products to jurisdictions where they are illegal. However, placing an order constitutes your agreement that the product is legal for you to possess in your location.
Examples of Common Restrictions:
Magazine Capacity Limits: We will not ship standard capacity magazines to states with restrictions (eg, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VT, WA). If you order a restricted item, we may remove the item and refund you, or cancel the entire order.
Firearm Model Restrictions: Certain models or types of firearms are banned in specific states.
Ammunition Restrictions: Some states require ammunition to be shipped only to an FFL dealer or require specific licenses for purchase.
5. Delivery Issues, Insurance, and Risk of Loss
A. Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the common carrier (FOB Shipping Point). Glock Retailers is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our facility.
B. Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance (or insurance may be included in the shipping cost) to cover the cost of the goods. We highly recommend selecting the insured shipping option at checkout. If your insured package is lost or damaged, we will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
C. Address Errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the package.
6. International Shipping
Glock Retailers does not offer international shipping for any product, including firearms, parts, or accessories. We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees apply).
